These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TFSurvey's research panel services, website, and related platforms. By accessing TFSurvey's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TFSurvey, a division of CGP Data Group, operates a verified B2B and healthcare professional research panel for market research clients. Our services include panel feasibility assessment, study design consultation, data collection through verified professional respondents, and data delivery.
By joining the TFSurvey panel, you agree to:
TFSurvey reserves the right to remove panelists from the panel for misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
Research clients engaging TFSurvey for panel services must execute a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) governing project-specific terms, data handling obligations, payment terms, and deliverable specifications. These Terms do not substitute for the MSA.
TFSurvey uses CalibraSync's fraud detection technology to verify panelist identity and maintain data quality. By participating in the panel, panelists consent to CalibraSync's verification processes as described in our Privacy Policy. Research clients acknowledge that fraud detection systems may result in response replacement or study extension when fraudulent responses are identified.
Survey instruments, study designs, and research deliverables created for research clients are the property of those clients, as specified in the applicable MSA. TFSurvey retains ownership of its platform, proprietary technology (including CalibraSync verification systems), and panel infrastructure. Aggregated, anonymized panel performance data may be used by TFSurvey for internal quality improvement purposes.
Both TFSurvey and research clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary study information, research objectives, and deliverables as specified in applicable non-disclosure agreements. Panelists agree to maintain confidentiality regarding specific survey questions and study objectives for the duration of the research field period.
TFSurvey's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. TFSurvey is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or breach of data security obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
TFSurvey reserves the right to update these Terms with reasonable notice to affected parties. Continued use of TFSurvey's services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
